  • For an end to racism and hatred that perverts the will of God
  • For families which know the pain of stressed or broken relationships
  • For the homeless and hungry, refugees & those persecuted for their faith
  • For those who live with unrelieved chronic pain each day of their lives
  • For those across the country especially feeling the pain of economic stress
  • For a lasting truce and growing peace between Israelis & Palestinians
  • That our congregation will observe a devotional Holy Week and a joyful Easter
  • For the families of Mary Jane McCutchen, Joan Lebo and Dr. John Duffy as they grieve their deaths.

Prayer of the Week:

Almighty god, you sent you Son, our Savior Jesus Christ, to take our flesh upon him and to suffer death on the cross.  Grant that we may share in his obedience to your will and in the glorious victory of his resurrection; through Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever.  Amen.
