Welcome to Christ Lutheran Church in Conyngham, Pennsylvania!
Bishop Christopher DeForest of the NEPA Synod has recently (in December) issued updated pandemic guidelines and recommendations. These can be seen by clicking here. Our Congregation Council's current position is that each of us should use our own discretion as to personal choice. Please consider wearing a mask if you are not vaccinated and everyone should practice social distancing. You may choose to worship in the parlor (televised) or from your car in the parking lot at 90.1FM on your radio.
Worship services are Saturday evenings at 5:00PM and Sunday mornings at 8:00AM and 10:30AM.
We are currently offering several worship options: live worship in the Sanctuary, video broadcast in the parlor, radio broadcast in the parking lot (90.1 FM), and live broadcast on Facebook Live.
Live Worship Broadcasts:
Sunday morning 10:30 worship services are broadcast live on our congregation's Facebook Page. You can download the bulletins from our Newsletters and Bulletins page so you can follow along during the service. Individual communion cups are ready for pick up for you to use at home. They are inside the front door of the parlor and may be picked up during office hours. Please help yourself. If you cannot come to the church during the hours posted, please call the church office (570-788-1572) to make other arrangements. You may also commune with what you have handy at home; bread, crackers, juice, wine, etc.
Annual Pork & Sauerkraut Dinner:
Christ Lutheran Church's famous Pork & Sauerkraut Dinner returns Saturday February 5th from 2:00pm-6:00pm. The dinner will be TAKE-OUT ONLY. Tickets are $12.00 for adults and $3.00 for children under 12.
